With the linkage installed this is what the unit looks like. And in the adjacent
pic my pencil is pointing to an area that was interfering and contacting the main crank shaft, so I had to mill in a relief area.

A friend of mine sent me a pic of someone's Clishay that utilized a system similar to this in order to shift his gearbox into forward or reverse. I really liked the idea and since I had a very small "X" "Y" drill table with these really nice Acme lead screws I decided to put it to good use.
