This is the flange side of the Heisler's driver. Actually this is driver number 3. I was able to eliminate a couple of toolpaths and this is the first toolpath, 3/8 ball endmill, first pass at .400 deep, second pass .150 up from full depth and the last pass at .800 deep. I do not do any pre-drilling as previously done on the first driver. Each pass takes about 4 hours.
Here is the same piece with the second toolpath completed. This one uses a 3/16" BEM to detail out the corners and finish the vertical walls inbetween the spokes, center hub and rim.
