A Short Explaination on Watching the Pod Casts.
The most recent Pod Cast is the one that is showing in the Pod Cast window just below.

Amazing what you can do with one nice day.
Again, you're not seeing double. The bushing are all welded in place. I'm using a mig unit with a mix gas. It's sort of strange. There's really not much difference in making two boilers or if you're making one.

Both boilers are finished welding. Next will be the support pads in the riser.
Supports welded in place and boiler resting atop. When I stood back and realized just how many tubes are needing to be cut, I decided to express it a little differently, just because I hate production work. So actually there are only 20 tubes each for the top and bottom, times two boilers. See, doesn't that sound better than saying 80 tubes need to be cut. For me, anything over 5 or 6 pieces, constitutes production work. (don't ask how the 12 Heisler wheels are going)
Here you can see the three pads that support the boiler. There will also be at least 3 bolts, but those will not bare any weight.
