Roughed and finished the ID and OD on the lathe and then made the back cover. Then the cover was Locktite in place. The assembly was then returned to the lathe and the back cover was faced to finish. The rest was just simple mill work. Here the cylinder frame locations are being machined and bolt holes being located.

Crankcase in process
Here are a few pics of the crankcase being machined. This started out as a solid piece of Durabar.
